It is now done through the iCERT portal.This is a newly introduced online system. Our firm has already utilized this system extensively. Whereas, labor certification was traditionally "immediate", it now requires a period of 3-10 days as a "live" officer reviews each case submitted.Our legal department also handles H1B transfers and Permanent Residency/Green cards.
